Ordering & Lead Time
Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
A: Lead time on the Signature Board menu is 48 hours. Grazing Tables and Cart Service should be booked as far in advance as possible, as dates and times fill quickly. *Know that we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings as well.
Delivery & Pickup
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! We offer local delivery throughout the Chicago area. We do free delivery on boards up to 5 miles of 60642. (Additional fee per mile over 5.)
Pickup is also available from our designated location; details will be provided upon ordering.
Q: Do you deliver to boats or lakefront locations?
A: We deliver to Montrose Harbor free of charge on Saturday or Sunday- inquire for other harbors or dates & times.
Customization
Q: Can I customize my board or table?
A: Yes! We work with you to select a menu that fits your preferences, dietary needs, and event theme. Vegan, vegetarian, pork-free, and nut-free options are available upon request.
Q: Do you offer themed boards or cups?
A: Yes! We can match your event’s colors, logo, or seasonal theme—just include the details in your custom order inquiry.
Cart Service & Grazing Tables
Q: What’s included in the cart service?
A: Our mobile cart includes on-site service, bottomless grazing, stylish presentation, and a curated menu selected with you in advance. It’s perfect for weddings, showers, and corporate activations.
Q: What size events do you cater?
A: Grazing tables are available for groups of 25+ guests, and our cart service is best for 30+ guests. We can accommodate larger headcounts with ease.
Cancellations & Refunds
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Orders canceled at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund. Custom and large-scale orders (including cart service and grazing tables) require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Q: What happens if I need to change my order?
A: We’ll do our best to accommodate changes made at least 48 hours in advance, depending on availability.
Other Questions
Q: How should I store the board before serving?
A: Boards should be kept refrigerated and taken out 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Cups and boxes should also be kept cool until ready to enjoy.
